Thredbo have put together an amazing school holiday special! Dishing up the goods for the whole school holidays they have a jam-packed program to keep your whole family stoked! When: 2 - 16 July Where: Friday Flat, Thredbo Resort How much: Free & Ticketed Transport: Village Courtesy Bus available The July Kids Snow Festival has some major events and activities happening for 2016 including the Thredbo animal theatre, Torah Bright mini shred, Kids optical flare run, twilight tubing, movie and pizza nights, snow biking and much more. Don’t worry parents, Thredbo haven’t forgotten about you! Enjoy the amazing skiing and boarding terrain that Thredbo resort has to offer then sit back, relax and take in the mountain views. The highlight of the school holidays activities for us is definitely the Torah Bright mini shred: Thredbo have Olympic Gold medallist and Rhythm Rider Torah Bright with some of the top Australian professional snowboarders and skiers to share their secret tips to help take skills to the next level. This event is strictly for Mini-Shredders under the age of 18 and it’s all happening on July the 10th at the Torah Bright Mini Park located on Friday Flat. On the day you can expect a relaxed and friendly environment where you can make some new shred buddies, enjoy a sausage sizzle and ride alongside some of the best snowboarders in the world-sounds like a pretty good day hey? There will also be the chance for all Mini-Shredders to take home some amazing prizes from Roxy, Quiksilver and Sony Action Cam as well as a heap of other awesome gear to be won. To be a part of the event all you have to do is register on the Thredbo website, with all fee’s going towards a charity organisation.
