There's no debate here, the “Dispute” is the most versatile board in Public's lineup. This directional twin shape designed by Ben Bilodeau features Public's “Alert” camber profile and is loaded with technical features.
Inlaid aramid strips and carbon stringers throughout create a lightweight, powerful core that offers a responsive ride while urethane sidewalls offer extra impact support, and the sintered base will have you waiting for everyone else to catch up. Argue all you want, but the Dispute rules the resort.
FEATURES:
- Alert Camber: The hybrid camber profile features a regular shape between the feet and rises at the tip and tail
- Biax Glass: PUBLIC Snowboards use biax fiberglass for consistent flex from tip to tail, ensuring agility and predictability
- Urethane Sidewalls: Urethane sidewalls offer superior dampening compared to standard ABS and P-tex sidewalls, enhancing durability against impacts and preventing delamination
- Sintered Base: Sintered bases, crafted under high pressure, are more porous for maximum wax absorption and abrasion resistance, resulting in a faster and more durable board
- Aramid Stringers: Aramid stringers in a V pattern at the tip and tail provide increased durability, dampening, and pop, derived from the same material used in bulletproof vests
- Carbon Stringers: A 20mm carbon fiber stringer running tip to tail increases pop and response without compromising torsional flex, maintaining a lively and nimble feel
- Poplar Core: Crafted from 100% FCS certified poplar wood, poplar core offers an unbeatable strength-to-weight ratio, making it the preferred choice for the majority of our boards
