The Mach BOA MV 120 GW includes the BOA Fit System handling the lower foot closure through a single dial, getting into this boot and dialling in your fit takes seconds. For intermediate-advanced to advanced skiers who want performance without the faff, it is a genuinely smart setup.

At 120 flex, this boot sits in the stiff range and responds well when you push it hard on groomers. The medium volume 100 mm last fits a broad range of foot shapes comfortably, and the C.A.S. shell with its Double Quick Instep makes getting in and out a breeze. The mono-injected PP cuff with T-Sport reinforcement adds extra lateral support and power transfer, so you get a solid connection to your skis when you need to drive through turns.

Inside, the N.F.S. liner with Celliant technology gives you anatomically shaped padding that works well right out of the box and can be thermoformed for a more personalised fit. Two micro-adjustable aluminium cuff buckles with Lift Lock handle the upper closure, and a 45 mm velcro power strap at the top of the cuff adds extra forward lean control.

GripWalk soles (ISO 23223) make the walk from the car park to the lift feel far more natural than a flat race sole, and they are compatible with GripWalk-certified bindings. C.A.S. PU Shell with Double Quick Instep - The polyurethane shell uses Tecnica's C.A.S. (Custom Adaptive Shape) construction with an anatomical shape and dimpled surface for easier heat customisation. The Double Quick Instep feature uses softer plastic over the instep area so the shell opens wider, making entry and exit much easier.

Fit is Everything – Ski boots must match your foot shape, size, and skiing style. A proper fit ensures control, comfort, and confidence on the snow. Boots should feel snug but not painful, and liners will pack out slightly with use.

If your foot measures 26.5cm long, your ski boot size is 26.5.

Ideally, your boot size should be as close as possible to your actual foot measurement.

See a Professional Bootfitter – Buying boots online is not recommended, although we understand not everyone lives near a ski shop. If you can make a special trip to see a bootfitter, they will analyse your foot, assess width, instep, and biomechanics, select the right flex, and make custom adjustments for comfort and performance.

Failing that, always call ahead and speak with a boot fitter about what we have in stock, your skiing style, confidence, and any additional details. Our fitters can only provide advice based on the information you provide; no guarantees are made. Once boots have been skied in, you are unable to return them; however, we will always continue to try and work with you on boot modifications to give you the best fit possible
