The Cruise DIN 12 binding features several outstanding elements that enhance the touring experience. The ISI toe piece and heel piece significantly lower the effort needed to step in, while the heel is designed for effortless operation. It includes a color-coded climbing aid for comfortable ascents at 0°, 8°, and 12°. The ergonomic design allows the heel piece to rotate easily through 180°, with the brake automatically locking in place. This design facilitates quick and easy transitions between hike mode and ski mode. Additionally, the independent adjustment of vertical and horizontal release further minimizes the risk of false release during descents.
