Arbor's signature Powerply topsheets are made with a sustainably sourced wood or bamboo topsheet. They refer to this technology as a Power Ply. The natural grain creates the style they've been known for since they launched in 1995. Less recognized is how the technology improves the strength, durability, and return of Arbor snowboards. The Power Ply works like an added layer of fiberglass. During construction, the natural wood or bamboo fibers are turned into a composite layer inside the board, but the process takes time. They start with a log that must be soaked so that it can be sliced or “veneered” into sheets, which are then assembled into “faces”. The “faces” are then backed with a special fleece material, precision sanded, and pre– laminated to a protective foil made in part from natural castor bean oil. The finished topsheet is at last ready to be built into a snowboard. In the end, the process makes Arbor Power Ply designs the most labor–intensive snowboards on the market. The resulting performance, board life, finish quality, reduced reliance on man–made glues, coatings, and composites are worth the extra effort.

Arbor Snowboards, Inc. (“Arbor”) warrants the original retail purchaser that the Arbor snowboard is free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. If the Arbor snowboard is found to be defective, in the judgment of Arbor, in its sole discretion, Arbor’s only responsibility and obligation shall be to repair or replace the defective Arbor snowboard. The Warranty Registration Card should be completed and returned within ten (10) days of the purchase of the Arbor Snowboard. This warranty is subject to the following limitations:

1. The warranty applies only to Arbor snowboards purchased from authorized snowboard dealers.
2. This warranty is not transferable, and is valid only for the original retail purchaser. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, which clearly identifies the dealer.
3. All products returned to Arbor for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorization, which can be given over the phone. For authorization: call 310.577.1120 or email warranty@arborsnowboarding.com
4. Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.Damage that is impact related, including damage from rocks and other obstacles.Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings.Damage to the top of the board caused by the bindings or other foreign material.Damage caused by use of solvents or thread locking adhesives.Minor or cosmetic cracks or chips in the top sheet.Normal wear and tear.
5. This warranty is void if any modification, change, or alteration has been made to the Arbor snowboard that is not specifically approved in writing by Arbor.
6. Repaired or replaced Arbor snowboards are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.

Choosing a new snowboard can feel overwhelming with so many options out there. The key is to focus on what really matters—your riding style, budget, and the board’s camber, flex, shape, and size. Getting the specs right will set you up for a great time on the mountain—but if you just want to pick the one that looks the coolest, we’re not here to stop you!

Choosing the right snowboard size can be tricky, but it boils down to a few key factors: height, weight, and boot size. Most brands provide a size guide that matches your weight to the right board size, which is a great starting point.

Weight is especially important because your board responds to how much pressure you’re putting on it—not your height. You might find yourself falling between two sizes. If that happens, a shorter board will be easier to maneuver, while a longer board will be more stable at speed and offer better float in powder.

Boot size is another consideration, as you want to avoid toe or heel drag. A common rule of thumb is that if you wear men’s size 12 or larger (or women’s size 9+), you’ll likely need a wide board to accommodate your boots. However, because different brands may size slightly differently, this isn't always the case.
To keep it simple: if you’re using large bindings, you’ll need a wide board.

Camber profile is just the fancy name for the shape of your snowboard when you look at it from the side—and it plays a big role in how your board rides. There are a few main types: camber gives you good pop and edge hold, rocker (or reverse camber) is more forgiving and floaty, flat sits somewhere in between, and hybrids mix the best bits of each. The right profile depends on how and where you like to ride, so it’s worth thinking about what kind of feel you’re after on snow.

Snowboard flex refers to the stiffness or softness of a snowboard, which significantly impacts its performance and feel on the mountain. A softer flex is ideal for beginners, park riders, and those who enjoy freestyle tricks, as it offers
better maneuverability and forgiveness.

In contrast, a stiffer flex provides enhanced stability and control at high speeds, making it suitable for advanced riders and those tackling aggressive terrain or carving on groomed runs.

When choosing the right flex, consider your riding style, skill level, and preferred terrain to ensure an optimal experience
