Your New Role

As a Snow chain technician team member, your role is to always ensure the customers remain your primary focus, providing them with exceptional customer service. You will be assisting customers with general enquires, whether it is face to face or over the phone.

Your responsibilities will include assessing customer's vehicles and fitting the appropriate snow chains, selling and renting snow chains and maintaining the rental fleet.
Furthermore you will also be working the service station.
If you have excellent communication skills, are hard-working and show efficiency and problem solving skills then this is the job for you.

About the job

Service Staton and Chain Technicians will be resonsible for:

  • Acknowledging customers quickly and courteously
  • Assist guests with retail goods
  • Assist customers with snow chains and inform them on equipment care and use
  • Process payments and handle cash
  • Ensure all products are restocked
  • Complete necessary documentation and paperwork neatly and accurately
  • Co-operate and assist other departments as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

We are looking for someone who has high attention to detail and are quick to solve any problems presented to them. Training will be provided on the job, therefore prior experience is not necessary. If you are highly motivated, energetic and can handle working in a high pressure environment with professionalism, then this is the job for you!
