Perisher logo

Perisher Resort is the SouthernHemishpere'sbiggest Ski and Snowboard Resort.

Perisher caters for beginner to advanced skiers and snowboarders. Beginners will have heaps of fun learning on Front Valley, Intermediate to Advanced skiers and boarders can head straight to Mt. Perisher.

For those that have a bit of experience behind them Perisher offers over 47 Lifts with access all over the mountain from Mt Perisher to Blue Cow and Guthega.

There are a couple of transport options for getting there - drive directly to Perisher carpark located at the base of the mountain in front of front valley,. This route legally requires snow chains for your vehicle or a 4WD. If the snow conditions are heavy you will need to use them when directed. If the conditions are reasonable you are legally still required to carry snow chains or drive a 4WD.

Alternatively take the route towards Thredbo and drive to Bullocks Flat. Here you can use the Ski Tube, which is a train that travles through the mountains. The Ski Tube is a good choice if the road conditions are poor as chains are not required on the road prior to Bullocks Flat.

Perisher also has free crosscountytrails.

For children or a bit of fun Perisher also has Tube Town, a small hill with a magic carpet tow and snow tubes to race down the hill and a designated tobogganing and snow play area.
